About
Bridging the Gap is a podcast our team formed in 2019 in response to the lack of information being shared between peers in the construction tech industry. The interview-style episodes weave the threads of the latest trends in the industry together into a tapestry of personal and professional wisdom.
In 2020, the show took on new importance when it was voted as the Best Construction Podcast of 2020 by readers of the trade publication Construction Junkie.
Since then, we’ve interviewed almost 200 leaders who have lent us a share of their wisdom.

Real results: 2500+ eBook downloads, 2 million video views, 9/12 event sponsors were from companies who had a guest on the podcast, 8.8MM pipeline generation
Brand Goal: Become thought leaders in the industry
How: Listen, don’t talk. We interview industry leaders, hear their story and pick their brains for the most important trends. When we have enough confidence that an idea is trending, then we publish content around that very idea.
How we know it’s working: Forget the vanity metrics of shares, likes, and comments – that’s just an echo chamber. When you feel like you’re part of the in-crowd, then you’re onto something. Look for invites to boards, industry events, and most importantly: other podcasts.
